Not bad! - Edit
I got a huge burrito! It's not wildly original, they use basic ingredients, but it was good and I have leftovers. It has the build-your-own bar setup like Chipotle. I love coming up from Seal Beach and stopping at this mall area. So beautiful and breezy. I didn't ask for Beyond meat but they have that option (not sure about cross contamination). I would probably pick this place if I had meat-eating people with me. Oh and the woman working was super fast and helpful!

The Spanish rice and retried beans aren’t vegan, but the Black beans and white rice are vegan. Veggie fajitas are cooked to order and beyond me is available
