Small but well stocked health food store that stock products such as Frys frozen foods, Scheeze, flavoured tofu and various other vegan foodstuffs although the selection does vary dependent on stock and which day of the week you go. The staff are friendly and will order other products in if there are particular things you would like. Reported now part of the Jan de Vries chain, Jan 2018. Open Mon-Fri 08:30-17:00, Sat 08:30-16:00.

I love this health food shop, staff are so friendly and always willing to look for and order in if they don’t normally stock it. They have lots of vegan stuff.

The fridge stocked many different vegan cheeses, vegan ‘meat’ including gammon, beef and sausages.
There were plenty of spices available which I have struggled to get in mainstream supermarkets.
Managed to park in the free car park down the road!

Easy to find shop, well stocked with all your essentials, as well as having refrigerated items! They also stocked brewer’s yeast, which seems to be a rare thing to find in shops these days, they even boasted a selection of rye/seeded breads. Plenty of vegan goodies are to be found here for sure!
