Serves meat, vegan options available. Indo-Asian Fusion Restaurant with a large selection of vegetarian and vegan options, including soups, stir fries, curries, tofu dishes, fried rice, noodles, spring rolls and several other vegan appetizers. They use a separate wok for the vegetarian options and most of the vegetarian dishes are vegan. The owner and staff understand what vegan means and are very accommodating. Note: Serves lamb and has a fish tank inside. Open Mon-Tue 5:00pm-9:30pm, Wed-Thu 11:30am-10:00pm, Fri 11:30am-11:00pm, Sat 12:00pm-11:00pm, Sun 12:00pm-10:00pm.

Good Vegan Options

I appreciate the great vegan options available at this restaurant and that they designate a wok specifically for vegetarian food . The food is excellent and the ambiance is relaxed and colorful. However, I do not approve of the fish tank inside.

I can only vouch for the vegan dishes that I have tried. My favorite appetizer is the Gobi Manchurian Dry, which is battered cauliflower with a blend of Indo-Chinese spices and finely chopped onions. The freshly made spring rolls and other vegan appetizers are very good. The Eggplant in Garlic or Hot Garlic Sauce, Tofu Vegetables and Sweet and Sour Vegetables are wonderful entrees served with basmati rice. One of my favorite dishes is the Vegetable Haka Noodles. I was impressed with the Vegetable Fried Rice and Curries as well.

I like spicy food and there is plenty of hot and spicy flavors to experience at this Indo-Asian Fusion restaurant. I highly recommend Chopstick III.
