Best Italian Restaurant in Madrid - 100% vegan - Edit
This is the most elegant vegan restaurant in Madrid. The place is amazing, beautiful and spacious, and has nice ambient music and extremely helpful staff. The dishes are incredible!!! My favs: vegan carbonara, arancini and pizzas. Don't forget the desserts that I recommend: tiramisu and pistachio cake.

Best vegan restaurant in Madrid we visited - Edit
Our experience has been very positive overall. The menu is very big with lots of options including pasta, pizza, rice, starters, burgers. I took pesto pasta while my partner took pasta carbonara. Carbonara was absolutely delicious, while the pesto pasta was just ok. We also had a tiramisù as a dessert and it was amazing.

The premises look nice with a lot of space between tables (I hate when tables are stuck next to each other), and prices were fair.
I would highly recommend Choose and we will definitely go back to this place to explore the menu further.

Interesting vegan Italian in Madrid - Edit
Vegan Italian is a growing field in vegan restaurants. This one does it well. The pizzas are varied and original and distinct in terms of options. The dough has a slightly sweeter taste than is typical. The arancini, a Sicilian favourite of mine, were perfect - one bolognese sauce the other a mushroom based recipe. It’s a relaxing restaurant with attentive and charming staff.

Pedí el menú de pizza. Los aros de cebolla de entrante estaban muy buenos y la mayonesa buenísima. La masa de la pizza estaba bastante bien y además era muy grande. Lo mejor de todo sin duda la panna cotta, de 10.

Muy buen servicio y un local precioso. La comida está estupenda y descubres platos tradicionales italianos menos conocidos. Es un poco carillo pero por la presentación y calidad de la comida y la intimidad y ambiente elegante del local, es mi favorito para veladas románticas o para celebrar ocasiones especiales.

I had dinner here with a bunch of friends and we tried a lot of dishes on the menu. Starters and mains were amazing, the desserts weren't so outstanding though. The restaurant is kind of classy and elegant so expect prices above the average veg*an restaurant. Even the wines and all the drinks are vegan, so it's worth every euro.

- Las pizzas veganas son un autentico placer italiano. La pasta carbonara nos dejó con la boca abierta y el mousse de brownie con avellanes fue el broche de oro.
PS: toda la carta es vegana, con opción de convertir platos en vegetarianos, aunque la verdad es que no hace falta. La opción vegana te dejará con ganas de volver.

We went to celebrate our wedding anniversary and it was the perfect place!
Sometimes you miss elegant vegan places and Choose is one of them.
The food was absolutely perfect from the cous cous appetizer, the pistacchio pizza -perfect crusty dough-, the truffle burger -tasty housemade bun- and the desserts: a perfect flavour and texture panacotta, and amazing tiramisu. I always tried tiramisu in vegan restaurants but they always miss something. Not here! It reminds me the one my mum used to make when I was a child. The best part: everything is housemade :)
They also have Italian healthy soft drinks that taste delicious!
The service was amazing! Talking with Gabi and Giada, they really take care of customers and the planet.
If you want to enjoy housemade vegan Italian food, this is your place!
We sure will go back soon!

Restaurante de 10. El local, los platos, la atención... Todo. Es vegetariano pero el 100% de los platos pueden ser veganos también. Puedes pedir los platos con el queso que quieras, vegano o no. Las bebidas son italianas también y deliciosas.

Me ha impresionado todo lo que he probado en Choose llevando a un grupo de amigos italianos que ni siquiera eran vegetarianos y todos hemos disfrutado muchísimos de la comida, desde el entrante (arancini) hasta el postre (tiramisu).

Me ha flipado todo, sobre todo los primeros, lasagna brutal, risotto con gorgonzola y peras increíble y las pizzas muy ricas.
Todos los platos de la carta son veganos, y de algunos, hay versión vegetariana como pizzas, pastas y burgers por el queso.
Pros: carta muy bien variada, raciones bien cargadas, muchos ingredientes llegan desde italia
