This place is great! - Edit
We‘ve been there almost everyday since they have great vegetarian (and vegan) options, but also non vegetarian dishes. Everything was always fresh, portions are not very big though. They also have a nice coconut coffee. The lady who owns the place is lovely by the way.

Amazing food - Edit
I ordered the vegetarian pho and my husband had fried noodles with veggies and tofu. We also shared a tossed green salad with balsamic vinegar dressing. This was the best pho I’ve had anywhere and my husband loved his dish. We both agreed the tofu was amazing. Our server said they made their own tofu and the texture and flavour was perfect.

Glad we found this place! - Edit
We were actually cycling to somewhere else but this place caught our eye and so decided to check it out.
Read moreIt wasn't on Happy Cow however, we applied for it to be.
Choi Oi was a healthy, fresh lunch food spot with a funky interior and great prices so we were sold.
The owner is a lovely lady who is also vegetarian.
Although the restaurant serves meat and fish they have 8 solid vegan options to choose from!
My gf went for the Vegetable Pho which was a steal at only 35,000D (£1.15) and I went for the Tofu with chilli and lemon grass which was delicious. The owner explained how she cooks everything fresh, nothing processed she even uses fresh cocunut water straight from a coconut instead of a tin!
It was a great spot and the Pho was packed with veggies
and tofu so plenty of protein.
Definitely give this place a shout if you're in Mui Ne!
