OK-ish, no vegan donut nor pastry when I went there - Edit
They had a very limited offer of sweets compared to the standard Chök stores in Madrid/Barcelona and when I went there they had no vegan option. Only salty ones (vegan sandwiches). So not the best but in this terminal there's very limited vegan offerings so as a "last resource" it can be a good option.

Great vegan options - Edit
Had the vegan chicken sandwich, Oat milk latte, and vegan chocolate passionfruit donut. Paid about 17 euro for all 3 items which is not bad. I was pretty impressed that they had a vegan dessert option. Would recommend getting the vegan sandwich warmed up

Vegan sandwich in Madrid airport - Edit
Normally would struggle to find anything vegan in this airport but Chök offers a vegan sandwich (was very good) , crisps, donut and also has non dairy milk for teas and coffees! Nice wee cafe with some space to sit and relax.
