What a cool little bar with great vegan options. I really love the vibe in here and vegan snack food is great too. This is definitely not a "restaurant" and it's more of a bar with snacks. Either way all the snacks are great and the drinks are good too!

We stopped here on our through Pensacola and were so glad we did. Great food and the owner/bartender was super friendly and fun to chat with. If you’re a little short on cash, try the broke boi special.

Recent work trip to Pensacola. Long flight delays so ended up heading right to work.i was starving after I finished at midnight. In a different city ... and vegan. I was not hopeful when I looked at Happy Cow but fining this place was like finding an oasis. All vegan menu. Open late. I was sold already but that would be selling them short. It would be a cool bar if they had no food. But they do. And it’s wonderful. Now we just need an nyc location :)

Dinner last night was wonderful. We tried almost everything in the menu. Sliders were amazing and the curry boiled peanuts were legendary. There is some amazing creativity going on here- don’t miss! Thanks, Daisy, we enjoyed it very much!!!

Coolest Place Ever!!! - Edit
Amazing food, amazing beer, amazing bartenders! The vibe is like no other vegan place I have been to before. I've never felt so at home at a bar. I met some of the regulars and they all spoke highly of the owners and their experiences there. This place has me wanting to visit Pensacola again just to go back to Chizuko!

Only recently discovered this place and was amazed by the food - especially the sliders! Everything we've tried here has been exceptional and even bringing non-vegan friends is no issue since the food is delicious and appealing to all. Sake and staff are great too!

“Vegan Dive Bar” - Edit
They have an outside area, bar area and the night I was there a living room like area where they were playing a movie ( movie was a little loud) but lots of options of places to eat and drink. I tried the sliders they were good. I Highly highly recommend the COCONUT MISO SOUP! Delicious!! Cool vegan spot.

I've tried it ALL and everything on the menu is fantastic! BBQ Bahn Mi is a favorite of mine. If you're looking for something quick, filling and vegan- Chizuko is the spot.
