So many plant-based alternatives to classic Mexican dishes

I was pleasantly surprised at how many vegan options were available here! Most of the dishes from the main menu had vegan variations available - they even had a dairy free ice cream desert which was delicious 😍

Pros: Lots of vegan options , Vegan deserts available
