Set up is assembly line style where you could customize your order of tacos, burrito, or burrito bowl, and request no cheese or sour cream. Offers a savory sofritas filling that's made from soy protein, and some locations offer Impossible meat. Rice, beans, guacamole are vegan. In early-2019 added a pre-configured vegan bowl which includes the sofritas in addition to other fillings like guacamole. Open Mon-Fri 10:30am-9:00pm, Sat-Sun 11:00am-8:00pm.

Cheap & Veg friendly

Chipotle is a fast, casual (and predominantly build-your-own) Mexican-style restaurant. The vegan proteins are sofritas (tofu), but they also have black and pinto beans. I often order the kids meal, add a side of guac, and it’s just under $9 with tax. It’s cheap, relatively fast, and a safe vegan option — I cannot complain.

They'll make a burrito the size of a small child for under 10 bucks.

Best quality chipotle nearby

I’m a very picky chipotle consumer, binge 4 days a week during stressful months. Always fresh crisp veggies, good portions, quick efficient team members. *never go to Point Loma chipotle*

Pros: Efficient staff, Fresh high quality produce , Great portions

Cons: crazies that pop in bothering the staff sometimes

Yummy food, helpful staff

I had a Burrito with Sofritas and it was very tasty. The staff was very helpful when I asked them what does not contain dairy and were happy to help. Would definitely go there again!

Pros: Friendly staff , convenient location
