Chinese Xiang Cuisine Food Truck

If you love that smokey flavor... Try Xiang Cuisine's popular Gong Bao with smoked Tofu, carrots, zucchini and pan roasted peanuts. Another favorite is the Tofu Chow Mein or Yakasoba Yoodles with broccoli, carrot, and mung bean sprouts 😋

These dishes can be made in several variations, such as any spice level you want. Make it a veggie option by substituting a firm smoked tofu, and either white or brown rice.

“Taste the Fresh” Carrots, Zucchini, pan roasted peanuts, tofu with brown rice !

My order was made fresh by wok cooking. The containers and chopsticks are all wood products, bio-degradable.
I could chose the level of spice. The food truck is very clean, inside and outside. #Veganuary

Pros: Very fresh, Vegetables not overcooked , Large portion size
