Für jeden was dabei - Edit

Wonderful malatang shop! - Edit
This is a very no-frills place offering delicious malatang! There is a wide variety of tofu and veggie ingredients you can pick (pay by weight system) and then specify the vegetarian broth, with the level of spice you want. I love this level of customization. There are also various toppings you can add to your soup - peanuts, scallions, fried onion bits, garlic, etc.

Best in Darmstadt - Edit
Choose your own ingredients. Lots of vegan options like mushrooms, tofu, vegetables etc. If you don‘t choose vegan stuff you will find everything from „Indiana Jones and the temple of doom“😉Food is weighed and paid by weight. You can choose your soup-basis and ask for a vegan broth (don‘t forget to ask, otherwise its beef). For sure the best asian style soup you can get within a hundred kilometers and in my opinion the best restaurant in Darmstadt.

Great experience - Just I remember it from the streets of Taiwan - Edit
I had a great experience at Jins House. I chose different kinds of tofu, veggies and udon noodles together with a vegan spicy szechuan soup base. I paid 17€ euros (1oog is 2€, but I always eat a lot, so if you pic less, of course you pay less) which is definitely not cheap, but it is quite the experience I never had outside of asia. It is not the classic tofu with soysauce and fried noodles but real authentic chinese food from the szechuan province.

Pros: DIY Soup - make it your own
Cons: Vegan food at the fridge is not clearly labled
