Not the Hood Chinese food spot but, - Edit
It’s close enough. That might not be a universally accepted statement but gritty Hood carry out spots hold a special place in my heart 🥰
Read moreThe menu has probably been updated slightly over the years.
Because of Covid the inside of the restaurant was replaced with a small window for takeout. After restrictions went away the entire restaurant was updated and looks beautiful inside.
To keep it Vegan make sure to ask for “no egg” the tofu is cool fried ask for no MSG and you can use the tofu to replace meat in dishes with veggies. They have veggie spring rolls also.

Pros: Kinda cheap, Chinese cooking tv shows in the waiting area
