All vegetarian chimichangas are vegan as they use the vegan cheese by default, they offer vegan quesadillas, the stewed apple dessert chimichanga is vegan on request (no marshmallow)... Small stand with lots of vegan options. Definitely worth checking out if you're nearby. Great shop with a very friendly owner
