be careful if you have allergies! - Edit
I went to the food truck with some friends and my friend specifically asked for no tahini or hummus because he's allergic to sesame. They messed up his order and he knew it after one bite. He told the. And they didn't care, didn't offer to fix it or refund his money. Not cool!

Cons: don't care if they poison you

Come Hungry! - Edit
This 100% vegan restaurant is known for their huge portions and tasty Mediterranian dishes. My favourite is their shawarma which is made out of stewed tempeh. I always get the platter, which comes with a pita, hummus, salad, and their chickpea fries. Make sure to get some sweet chilli dipping sauce and tahini sauce for your meal, which is self-serve. The alcoholic drinks here are overpriced and not very good (the vodka tastes off), and the service is a hit or miss. Regardless, the food keeps me coming back!

I LOVE CHICKPEA - Edit
Fun place with great food. The shared food option for parties of two or more is amazing! The regular chickpea fries are super amazing (ask for sauce on the side) and naturally they have killer hummus.

Chickpea was an incredible experience! The atmosphere, decor and menus was adorable! The food was delicious and decent sized portions. Tried the crumbed tofu and fried eggplant and both were delicious. LOVED the chickpea fries!

Great Vegan Mediterranean Food - Edit
I came here for lunch and had the falafel as a salad bowl. The flavours were super balanced and fresh, although I found the falafel slightly too crunchy. Their menu is huge so I'd definitely go back to try more, though. Nice atmosphere inside.

FAVE! - Edit
I love this place! The staff are always friendly and the food is amazing! Every time I have dined here with a non-veg friend, they couldn't finish their food because it was so filling. There is so much on the menu that I still have not yet tried, so I must return!

Chickpea fun - Edit
This is a fun, active kind of place. The menu is fairly large, with many food options. The portions are large, the food is quite heavy and filling, and overall the food is tasty. But we found the hummus to be very thick and creamy, which is not the way we like it. And it needed seasoning. Otherwise, we enjoyed the meal and would return for more!

Dissapointed - Edit
Burnt hard balls of falafel. Hummus was average. Wait staff said it usually comes like that. 😐

What a Time to be Vegan!! - Edit
As the description alludes, we visited Chickpea and were blown away! Amazing food, unique vibes, this place hit all the spots. We decided to order a sweet and savoury plate, so opted for the French Toast, and the Shnitzelonim Hummus Plate. Beautiful presentation for both, and who knew crispy tofu could taste so good?! We loved how the menus were presented in comic books, and we spent the time waiting for our meal eating up some Asterix and Obelix. Highly recommend for anyone wanting a good time out, or simply a mid-afternoon snack. We will most definitely be back!

I'm delighted! - Edit
I headed on a stroll through the city when I suddenly saw the food-truck which I recently liked in my new app called HappyCow! As a flight attendant based in Germany, making healthy food choices is a must for me! And I have to say: THIS WAS DELICIOUS! I expect this quality in restaurants, but having this quality getting food from a food-truck is AMAZING... and I have to mention the guys who work there, they are so friendly and even if they work fast they were talking to me and made my day with friendliness!!!! Thank you Chickpea-Team!
