Decent vegan eats - Edit
Burger was a bit overcooked and dry and did not come with a side (fries were an extra $4)

I came here shortly after their grand opening and I was looking forward to enjoying the Beyond burger option which was advertised, but they only had the Impossible burger.

Nice to have some options but it was $28 just to get a mediocre burger and fries. The burger patty was a good size but there was hardly anything on it so it was pretty flavorless.

My husband and I tried out Chickie's & Pete's at the GRS during March Madness. Great vibe and a fun spot to watch basketball with tons of TVs showing all of the games. They have a full vegan menu (just need to ask for it) that offers starters, burgers, pizza & salads. I ordered the field green salad and it was fantastic - way exceeded my expectations for a sports bar salad. Really fresh greens and the apple cider vinaigrette was paired perfectly. The large windows allowed for a nice view of the snow-covered mountains as well. which was really nice as casinos typically do not have a lot of outside light. We will definitely be back!
