Amazing vegan tasting menu - Edit
We met the owners (incl. the chef) and they told us it was very important for them to have vegan options on the menu. But they're not just options. First, they have a full vegan tasting menu! Second, the vegan dishes are very very good. Among other things, we had the carrot trilogy with butternut squash puree, and the quinoa fritters with eggplant. Everything was awesome, it was actually better than many fully vegan restaurants. Highly recommended.
