Lots of vegan options - Edit
The menu was super clear about vegetarian and vegan option. I got the falafel sandwich which was delicious. Everything was made fresh so there was a bit of a wait but it was definitely worth it. A good spot for an on the go bite.

One of my favorite places to eat Lebanese food in Paris! The stand on the street cooks various sandwiches for only a few euros, as well as salads and other Lebanese mezze to take away. Sandwiches are made just in front of you! Everything is not vegan, but there are a lot of (quite well indicated) options, and vegetarians and vegans will easily find what to eat. A very good price-quality ration, and the team is very friendly :)
On the other side of the street, the same restaurant but you can eat inside, so the prices are higher, but the food is still delicious!

Nice falafel but rather long wait time - Edit
The wrap was very tasty but a line of just three people make the wait so long...

Really nice place for a quick snack! - Edit
They have a long menu of wraps, many of them vegan. I can really recommend the ones with aubergine and sweet potatoes. It's mostly a take-away place, often crowded. The Lebanese restaurant nearby (same name) is also very good, with nice outside seating a lot of small vegan dishes to order.

Great wraps - Edit
I wandered by this place on my first evening in Paris. I was drawn in by the two large menu boards posted outside that have a large section dedicated to vegetarian wraps/sandwiches (including 4 or 5 vegan options).
Read moreI opted for the aubergine wrap, which was quite good. I came back a few days later for the batata wrap, and that was simply awesome. Probably my favorite meal in Paris.
I especially like this spot because the prices are low and the service is fun and friendly. They staff make the meals right in front of you, and they laugh and dance as they go.
They have menus printed in French, Spanish, English, Portuguese, Russian, and maybe others as well, so it's also friendly to tourists.
Pros: Delicious, Affordable, Friendly and fun

I've spent a lot of time on Paris and this is, by far, the best Lebanese restaurant I've tried.

Best Falafel I've Ever Had - Edit
This unassuming shop in Saint-Germain-des-Prés has what were the best falafel I've tasted in my life. They are perfectly fried and accompanied by tahini sauce, salad, and slices of pickles. Additionally, they are very cheap. A delicious snack or lunch while walking around the streets of Paris.
