Great food...helpful staff - Edit
I reached out to Chellas before ordering to confirm vegan options. Ordered the vegetarian arepa without cheese, which included black beans, plantains, and avocado. I also had the yuca fries with chimichurri sauce. Everything was delicious and filling. Staff encouraged vegan customers to let them know they're vegan before ordering. Staff did not state that the brussels sprouts side was vegan when providing a list of options, but I also didn't ask. Will definitely be returning!
