Vegan Fine dining

We went to Chefs warehouse to celebrate my sister's wedding. To be honest, I was skeptical at first because I wasn't sure what kind of vegan dishes would be served but oh wow, I was I blown away! The whole garden tasting menu was delicious. As much care was taken with flavour and presentation in the vegan courses just as with the non-vegan courses which my sister had.
