Tasty, limited options - Edit
The Buddha Bowl is delicious and filling and probably the only easy vegan meal on the menu.

Few options and delicious - Edit
They have hummus and naan as an appetizer. A vegan cauliflower soup. For entree they have a hummus wrap and vegan pot pie. I ordered the poke bowl and subbed the fish with tofu. The tofu had a delicious smoky taste and was prepared super well!

Hit the spot! - Edit
This was my second time dining at Chef’s Bistro and it was delicious! I went with the vegetable hummus wrap which ordinarily would sound simple, but it was so yummy with a vegan aioli and lots of fresh veg!

Pricey but delicious - Edit
I went to this place for lunch hoping for the Buddha bowl shown in others’ reviews, but no luck. No longer on the menu. The veggie tikka masala was $25 and I couldn’t justify that price for a quick lunch. I got the vegan soup and it was delicious. So incredibly flavorful, but the bowl is deceiving and really didn’t hold all that much which was kind of disappointing. But it was SO GOOD. So if you’re hankering for good soup, it’s worth the $8. I did add a $2 side of grilled bread which was a great choice. Cute little place but I feel like dinner would have been the better meal/time of day to go.

Lovely outdoor dinner spot - Edit
We accidentally found ourselves here after the restaurant we wanted to go to was closed on Mondays. We are happy we did! I am vegan, my mom is not - I had the hummus wrap with fries and pickle and my mom had a turkey avacado sandwich on foccacia. Be both enjoyed our meals very much! I also had a cup of the carrot curry soup and it was SO delcious (wish I had gotten the bowl). We had lemonagdes as beverages and the pita/hummus plate with olives was a generous appetizer for two and the homemade red pepper hummus was very very good. Looks like a couple other vegan options and items also that could be motified? Waitress polite and timely. We both agreed next time we are in North Conway this is a delicious and safe go-to for a lovely dinner. Outdoor seating so nice with the downtown location.
Read morePros: Food portions generous and delcious , The location is near downtown shops, parking on road easy and free
Cons: Only one vegan appetizer, Really nothing else!

Best meal we've had in North Conway! - Edit
Tried the Vegan Chili and the Budda Bowl, both were fantastic. Incredible blend of flavors. Five stars if Happy Cow allowed it. We were bummed they were closed on Tuesdays as we would have gone back the next day.

Chiefs GROSS - Edit
My girlfriend and I were up in Conway for a nice romantic weekend for Valentine’s Day and saw chiefs nasty 🤢 I ordered a burger and it tasted like a moldy 3 month old Burger King burger and then they charge 2 extra dollars for some frozen great value fries!. My girlfriend ordered the spinach salad that looked ver good in the picture an from what the ingredients were from the menu. When we got it at the table it was like a bag of lettuce with very very little amount of the raspberry dressing and they did not put any of the other ingredients listed on the menu

Decent food, friendly staff - Edit
A few vegan options here, with good service and an attentive staff. Had the Buddha bowl that was disappointing after reading the description of interesting flavor combinations on the menu. It was in the bland side, consisting of mostly quinoa and sweet potato, but adding some sirracha sauce helped pep it up. Would have liked more kale, cilantro & other fresh ingredients for a $21 bowl. My husband, a non-vegan, really enjoyed his meal. Portions are huge. Both of us ate half of our dinner entrees and took home the rest to have for lunch the next day. Tried the vegan brownie which I thought was too sweet, but my husband loved it. Drinks were good and reasonable priced. The vibe was welcoming after a long day of travel.
Read morePros: Drinks are reasonably priced, friendly staff, Locally sourced food.
Cons: Expensive. If portions are smaller = less pricey, AND less food waste.

Great meal - Edit
Had the vegetarian burger modified to make it vegan and a Buddha Bowl. Both excellent. Happy to accommodate vegan requests. A little pricey but a great local business to support

Great food, great service! - Edit
A few vegan options here, with great service and an attentive staff. Had the Buddha bowl but it was a bit underwhelming considering all the flavorful options one can include in such a meal. The Buddha wrap on the bother hand was delicious and fresh! I opted for extra pickles instead of the coleslaw and fries and boy were they good! A bit too pricey though - $12 for a wrap and some pickles is a bit much but can’t beat the freshness and quality.

Has a few vegan options but pricy - Edit
Went here for dinner and there are a few vegan options- a veggie burger from lentils and a "Buddah bowl" which is a quiona bowl with tofu, kale and sweet potatoes. The burger was delicious but the bowls were 'meh'... They had a very sour aoli on top (vegan) that was a bit too sour, so you might ask for it on the side. That was really the only flavor. The kitchen was a bit slow although our server was very attentive. It was quite a pricy dinner.

Good Vegan Options! - Edit
Chef's Bistro is a great stop for vegans! The menu clearly states that they will accommodate vegans. Gluten free options are also available. Ordering is easy. Vegan options included a very good sweet potato black bean chili, a cauliflower appetizer (not vegan on the menu but can be made vegan), a nice healthy garden salad, a vegetarian burger that can be made vegan and a very good Thai vegetable curry. Just let them know you are vegan and they will hook you up! Healthy & local ingredients are an added bonus! Nice place for travelers! Full bar available.

A gem in the center of North Conway! - Edit
Located right in the center of town, with lots of fresh, locally sourced dishes to satisfy veg and non-veg alike! The mushroom gyro with gremolata fries and an ice cold local brew hit the spot - will definitely be back!
