Great Food and Service - Edit
A separate vegan menu is available with a large choice (also a gluten free menu and full allergen information) . Had a Roasted Veg Melt with fries and my wife had a Spicy Bean Burger with fries. For desert both had vanilla cheesecake with a scoop of vegan ice cream and a cup of fruit coulis. It was a massive desert. Food was great. Waitress was friendly and helpful. Fairly priced and not extortionate. Didn't feel a bother at all. Can't fault it and will return. Probably not a better choice in and around Clacton. Couldn't offer 5 stars on app as not fully vegan but I would if I could.

Vegan Breakfast - Edit
Nipped in for breakfast the other morning and tried the vegan breakfast, which tasted fine, very reasonably priced, nice oat latte and sunflower spread given with the toast, which is something that doesn't always happen first time at a diner that caters for all !

Clearer menus needed - Edit
It's fantastic that Charnallies have so many vegan options listed on their website, but the printed menus we were handed on arrival didn't have vegan dishes clearly marked, so we had to ask lots of questions. The food was basic but nice enough. It's reasonably priced too.
