Fantastic local tofu maker - Edit
We stopped by their stand at the Sunday farmer's market under Route 83, and the experience was a total delight. The proprietors are lovely and warm people, up for answering questions and explaining their process. The tofu was a revelation, I've never had artisanal tofu before, so I hadn't realized what I was missing! The texture was sublime, and the freshness had an appeal that I can't quite describe. Looking forward to going back for more!
