Best in Northland!

LOVE their options! They are so friendly and accommodating, and they have an entire menu dedicated to vegan options 😍

Pros: Delicious food, Great customer service, Beautiful views

Served us meat and tried to blame us

Dossapointing experience. Our daughter ended up with a bun full of dead cow and ate half before she realised something was wrong.

We get mistakes happen, but the person who took our order claimed that we ordered the meat option. As lifelong strict herbivores the idea that ‘beef’ would accidentally slip out of my mouth without me noticing!

The rest of the food was good and the setting is wonderful, but it rather spoiled the evening.

Good but expensive

Had a vegetarian/vegan page in the menu, but not loads of choice for vegans. For mains you could choose between butternut squash risotto or the 2 pizza options (margherita/funghi), but vegan cheese was $5 extra. Risotto was tasty but I was still a bit hungry after!

Pros: Nice seafront location, Well thought-out options

Cons: Expensive, Choices a bit limited

Lovely view and decent food

They have a section in the menu that's all vegetarian or vegan. I had the vegan margarita pizza. It was pretty good. There doesn't seem to be too many vegan choices around here and a lot of restaurants here were closed so I'm glad we found this place.

Not many options but ..

The vegan options they have are excellent.
Had a pizza fungi and expected the boring same same. But this one was amazing with wild mushrooms and excellent vegan cheese.
And if you go out with carnivores at least you are not being treated like an exotic nuisance
Service the best

Pros: They really try hard to accommodate vegans

Cons: Mainly dead animals on the menu but..

Not much choice, expensive

The choice was between pizza and one starter dish which I took - crispy sesame tofu salad. The waitress noted spontaneously that it's a bit weird that two main dishes are steak, but there is nothing vegan.
I ordered the "large" size, which was actually really small (sorry for the terrible pic) but costed $23. I guess that you are paying for the location, on the wharf, but I felt quite ripped off (and hungry).

Pros: Location

Cons: Small portions for the price / expensive, Lack of choice
