Yummy Pad Thai - Edit
Was craving some PadThai, and this one did not disappointed, the restaurant has a couple of Vegan options, the only one not spicy was the Padthai. It’s located just a few minutes walking from Shibuya st. , nice and not expensive.

Good little Thai food place in Shibuya. Has an entire vegetarian menu. You have to order from a QR code once seated.

Authentic atmosphere and good food - Edit
I went with some friends expecting to eat only vegetables but they have a page labeled "vegetarian" although when I asked they told me they don't use animal products in those preparations. Better check before ordering but the food was good and decent portions, I got the vegan Pad Thai and fried tofu.
