There are vegan options - Edit
some burger dishes and pizza have dairy but you can ask for not puting dairy sauce or cheese.

Decent Cafe fare - Edit
A local friend took us here on our last visit. The food was decent... not amazing, but for Wuhan it was good, and a good change from the fake meat standards that we usually see in Chinese veg restaurants. The cafe itself is pretty comfortable, and tastefully decorated.
