Loved the smoky flavor of the noodz - Edit
Ordered char kway teow, rice plus 3 viands (yes i was hungry lol). All tasted great!! I liked how the noodles are freshly-prepared. Will come back to try curry mee, etc.

Ordered the char Koay teow, had the wok hey taste, was delicious! A great breakfast to end the trip in Penang. They have lots of economy veg rice options as well. Staff are very friendly.

Not exactly traditional Malaysian, but super tasty and cheap. Huge choice. You get a plate with rice and then put food on the plate yourself, after that you show it to the people working there and they tell you the price. Lots of mock meat

Best curry noodles - Edit
The broth of their curry noodles is like any other non vegan curry noodle you can get. In all honesty some of the best vegan curry noodles I’ve had in Malaysia, vegan or non vegan. Prices are incredibly reasonable (RM4.50 per bowl aka ~ 1 USD).

Every now and then, I get cravings for curry mee and char koay kak, and this little modest alley stall completely satisfied them. Everything was also as cheap as it could get.

I found this place randomly when walking to a famoua cendol place nearby. I was pleasantly surprised and really happy to find food catering to vegetarian locals instead of vegetarian travelers (those places tend to be more expensive and bland).
Read moreI liked it because they served hawker foods at a reasonable price and it was all vegan! They confirmed no milk is used and eggs are only upon request by customers, normaly in order to cook dishes like Char Hor Fun or Char Koay Kark. We had the fried "oyster", char koay teo, and hokkien mee.
Not everything is available every day, so we took a Penang brochure listing famous local dishes and had them serve us what was available that day. We enjoyed it so much we went back the next day.
I really enjoyed this place and I hope to visit again.
