This place was so good! Super accommodating. we got the cali burrito, tacos, and tamale all made vegan. They use a variety of veggies like cauliflower, carrots, broccoli, and zucchini! The guac is amazing! And our server was very goofy and made it an even better experience!

This is a great option near Capital Reef. They offer soy chorizo as a protein option. We got the california burrito and it was delicious! (The margs are great too)

Delicious, good veggie and vegan options - Edit
We were so lucky to find something open in the off season in this small town! Delicious authentic Mexican food with vegetarian options. Ask the server if you want vegan and they are happy to accommodate you. I had the veggie tacos. Yummy!

The staff were all smiles and super friendly. Bella was so helpful pointing out which entree choices could easily be made vegan. There were plenty to choose from. I actually got to eat tamales. My heart sang! Such a rarity! Make sure to check this place out if you are in Torrey. We can’t wait to return and highly recommend this great spot.

i ordered the cali burrito with chilorio (soy rizo) and it was so good! they made modifications so easily, removing the dairy from the burrito. also, had a beer and chips & guac. :))

Delicious food and friendly service. My husband and I both loved our meals and I especially enjoyed the Jamaica. They have veggie chorizo which isn't listed on the menu but the server was really helpful when we asked. This is the type of place we would drive by without another thought without Happy Cow; many thanks to all the previous reviewers for pointing us toward a great spot!

Excellent food in Torrey - Edit
We were struggling to find anything decent in the Capitol Reef area and I'm so glad we decided to come here. We went with the California burrito as the menu lists it can be made vegan (veggies as the protein and no sour cream/cheese). The server was so nice and as soon as we said vegan he knew what we wanted, and specified what changes they'd make (always reassuring). We also got the guac as an appetizer and it was very good. The burrito was excellent - tons of veggies that were cooked just right and the pickled onions to go on top were a great addition. We loved the food so much we went back the next night and the server we'd had the night before remembered us and was so nice. If Happy Cow allowed 5 stars on omni restaurants that would be my rating.

Staff is knowledgeable about what vegan is and incredibly friendly. We had the dry California burrito without cheese or sour cream and it was so flavorful and filling that we had to get to go boxes. The guacamole and salsa is also very tasty.

I asked for a veggie only fajita and the server told me they also have a soy addition option that’s not on the menu. It was really fantastic! My wife had the a veggie version and it came with a huge stack of a bunch of different grilled veggies.

Flavorful and Generous - Edit
Many restaurants simply exclude the meat (and charge you the same price), but this restaurant filled my burrito with a variety of veggies, including cauliflower and celery! They didn't skimp on the guacamole and it was yummy.
