I've nly added this business to Happy Cow, to prevent other from an awful experience.
We booked a tasting menu and pairing drinks were a table is set to be 2 hours and 15 minutes. During the first our we only got the snack serving and the starters. We waited yet another hour before the main dish came, and meanwhile other tables also were waiting and got a poor service (one had gravy running late to their main which got cold, another the wrong main course).
After more than 3 hours we decided to skip the dessert and the last drink, and just leave. When tried to reason with the manager to find a comprimise for a price for what we actually endded up getting. Instead he threathed to call the police if we didn't pay the full price. We frustrated as we were we ended up asking for the dessert to go (so we at least got it) and we paid the bill. Only later to realise that even though he said we would only pay for the drinks we had, we had paid the same price, due to the discount included in the drink menu, whereas we paid the full price for the drinks we got.
Really poor management, and this was the owner of the place.

Pros: The first snack tasted amazing

Cons: Poor service, Awful managment, No responsibility taken by the owner
