Il personale è molto consapevole, competente e accogliente; la parte vegana del menù copre tutte le portate ed è veramente ottima.

Not a good experience, food is ok - Edit
The waiter said that she understood that we would share the first dish and after we would share the second. We never mentioned that and for that reason, we ate at different times (what an amateur behavior). The reason we know that she lied is that they didn’t brought plates to share (as they mentioned when they realized the mistake). The food was ok, but a little cold. Not a good experience for the last meal of a 9 day trip in Sardegna

Abbiamo provato il menu degustazione vegano, davvero ben studiato, con prodotti di stagione, saporitissimo e raffinato, anche ben bilanciato dal punto di vista nutrizionale. Vivamente consigliato. P.S.: esiste anche la possibilità di ordinare alla carta (piatti differenti rispetto al menu degustazione), scegliendo tra porzione intera o mezza.

Il personale si è dimostrato molto gentile e disponibile a propormi le alternative vegane al loro menu. Ogni portata aveva la sua opzione vegan, preparata al momento e cucinata molto bene.
