Vegetarian and Vegan Options

This place offers a good salad bar, with fresh and cooked vegetables and simple dressings (ask for the vegan option)
They always have a soup and several dishes like rice, pasta, seitan dishes, they use texturized soy which you might want to avoid, there is always two options of agua fresca and chips, tortillas, bread and salsa.

Cons: Not everything is vegan, limited parking, Post covid you can’t serve your own food

Great veg place with vegan option

They have vegi buffet. The casher was familiar with with ones are vegan and which ones are not. She was very helpful with my broken Spanish. I opted for meal of the day which is cheaper than full buffet and it is just fine for me. The bakery downstairs has some vegan breads. I asked a casher to tell me which ones, which she did. I bought three to go and they were really delicious. I worked to the place (30min) and it was worth it.

Mal servicio y pocas opciones

Mal servicio, estuve esperando y nunca me atendieron. A esto, tienen poca variedad para veganxs.

Pros: Gran local

Cons: Pocas opciones veganas, No aclaran que es apto y que no.

Buen concepto de buffet, pero deja mucho que desear por calidad y sabor

Pros: buffet, hay varias sucursales y precio accesible

Cons: soya, con soya y mas soya.... sabor, calidad...

Trigo limpio

Muy buena comida ovolactea vegetareana en la modalidad de bufet. También hay ordenes a la carta. En la parte baja se puede comprar productos vegetarianos de buena calidad como chorizo de soya, mortadela y salchichas de gluten; Tamales de vegetales, frijoles, gluten y queso; yogurt; leche de soya; etc. La panaderia es buena y tienen productos de hariana integral, salvado, avena. También tienen una área de licuados, nieves y jugos naturales. Puedes encontrar linaza, salvado, germen de trigo y demás productos naturales.
It is a very good place to enjoy ovolactovegetarian food. You also can buy vegetarian food such as chorizo, tamales, chiles rellenos, yogurt, soy milk, etc... The sweet bread is made with whole wheat and it is very good. You may also find organic food.
Los precios son algo caros en comparación con productos que no son 100% vegetarianos, pero tienen buena calidad y están elaborados con grasas más saludables (ejemplo los tamales).

Cons: Precios, Estacionamiento, No elevador para segundo piso
