We’ve pretty much had it with the sad state of vegan food here, so decided to just cook for ourselves.
Read moreWent to the market and got amazingly fresh avocados, lemons, potatoes, etc. Also hit up the bakery for fresh bread and the supermarket for tofu and vegan cheese. Our avocado toast / tofu scramble far exceeded anything the restaurants here had to offer. Also, the olive oil sold at the market was amazing!! The old man at one of the stalls offered us homemade Grappa as well😄

You can find there cheap olives and dried mushrooms, vegetables and fruits, in the season anything is very good!
