Bespoke Vegan Sandwiches!

Time to kill before my train, I went on Happy Cow and looked for a vegan outpost. Finding nothing I could afford and not wanting to descend in to the bowels of the station I went into this little cafe. I didn’t look at the menu and saw a sandwich and asked if it was vegan. I was told no, but they made one up on the spot for me. There are a couple of vegan options on the menu. It’s a vegan desert right here so I thought I would post this as an option. It would certainly cheer up the vegan chef!

Pros: Lovely sandwich, choice of breads, Right next to the station, Vegan chef who’d like support!

Cons: Not more vegan options
