Unreal lasagna! - Edit
Vegan lasagna is really good, I often get the herb roasted potatoes to accompany it. The vegan mac and cheese is pretty decent too!

Decent vegan lunch - Edit
Tried here because Muse across the street had stopped serving food at 14:30. Had the vegan hummus for starter (nice enough, could've done with more than the 3 pcs of toasted sourdough though), and the vegan macaroni (sweet potato), which was piping hot and nice. To summarise, great that Yarm has vegan options, everything was tasty but didn't blow me away.

Delicious vegan menu! - Edit
I was staying in nearby Stockton-on-Tees overnight and was a little worried that I'd struggle for a vegan evening meal.
Read moreWas really pleasantly surprised to find that Cena has a vegan menu (3 starter options, 3 options for mains, 2 dessert options). I had the Vegetable Antipasto (delicious tapenade!), Sundried Tomato Risotto (very hearty) and the Chocolate Sponge (with mandarin sorbet).
The great food was complemented by excellent service, and I would happily recommend Cena to any fellow vegans looking for good quality Italian food.
Would be 5 stars if it was possible to give 5 stars for a non-vegan/vegetarian restaurant. :)
Pros: Great atmosphere/environment, Decent portions, Excellent service
Cons: Could be a little pricey, depending on your budget

Amazing vegan risotto - Edit
Amazing, would give 5 star if the app let me. Gorgeous vegan menu that changes and offers a vegan starters, mains and deserts. I always go for the risottos that they offer as they are absolutely unreal. The only thing is, the vegan dishes are quite a lot smaller than the non vegan ones. I ate here on my birthday and my step mam ordered a risotto from the regular menu and it was almost double the size.

Cons: Smaller portions

Beautiful vegan menu - Edit
I've been here with my wife twice now, and we liked it so much that we invited our friends. The vegan menu provides a compact but sufficiently diverse range of options to satisfy cravings for Italian food. We shared a sweet potato bruschetta, and then I had the wild mushroom pizza (no faux cheese, but this pizza didn't need it, it was incredibly rich and satisfying). I was too full for dessert, but was tempted by the winter crumble. We also indulged in some delicious mocktails, which we enjoyed enormously. We will certainly be back!
