Delicious Lebanese food! My husband and I really enjoyed trying different foods here. Highly recommend the vegetarian platter, falafel wrap, tabbouleh, and potatoes with sumac. Everything is fresh and delicious!

Food was great, everything else so-so - Edit
It’s not fast food, but it’s worth the wait. The meal was fantastic—the fatayer & vegetarian sampler with tabbouleh. 👍🏼 And it’s part of a fun stretch of downtown, so we got to shop after lunch.

Pros: Plenty of choices, Food, Location
Cons: Service was underwhelming

Incredible Falafel Wrap! - Edit
I ate here a few years ago and think it’s even better now. I’ve eaten a lot of great Lebanese food, mostly in the D.C. area, and this is on par with many of those restaurants. Will try the hummus and baba next time. Fries were fresh cut and delicious.

Delicious Experience - Edit
We originally intended to go to Shishka next door, but as they were closed we went into Cedar's and were not disappointed. They have a similar menu as Shishka, which makes sense because they seem to share a kitchen. The building has a nice ambiance and there were many vegan options on the menu. We tried a lot things: baba ganouj, sumac potatoes, falafel, taboulleh, houmous and pita and it was all very flavorful and well prepared. This is a nicer place, but they do have a deal where you can get 5 or 6 plates for $30 which can save you a little money and maybe leave you with some tasty leftovers😄A huge plus was that beers were very affordable, not sure if it was just a mid-week special, but there were craft beers on tap for only $3. Highly recommend.
