Die umfangreiche Karte mit Pasta, Burger, Vorspeisen, Desserts, Wein und Cocktails überzeugte uns absolut. Toll ist auch, dass es am Restaurant kein großes Label "vegan" gibt. So kommen einige Leute durch Zufall auf den Geschmack :-)

Excellent vegan Italian food and wine - Edit
We had mushroom "nuggets" with three flavours of vegan mayonnaise, then the Campidanese tricolore (Sardinian pasta with saffron), together with four glasses of different Italian wines, and everything was excellent. Three different people helped serving us, and each was friendly and helpful. We'll be back, maybe tonight!

Before taking taxi and leave Cagliari, thanks to Happy Cow i noticed this place was very close to my position. Good choice: restaurant gave me an amazing vegan lunch.

Fast service, friendly staff, nice location. Coming back for sure when i’ll be again in Cagliari.

One of the best restaurants I've ever been to! The whole menu is vegan and it includes various option of local Sardinian food. We went two days in a row and everything was delicious, plus the staff was incredibly nice and helpful. They also have vegan wine and incredible cakes.

I had the mushroom nuggets and cheese and black pepper spaghetti. Mushrooms were delicious, but the spaghetti was best ever tasted. How they created that flavour I’ll never know 👌🏼 A must visit if in Cagliari 🚀

Fine vegan dining of Italian cuisine is hard to find but here you get the best. The bruschetta was a real highlight because it combined so many different flavours. The main dishes were also excellent! If you want you can even order vegan desserts. All in all awesome!

Il locale è accogliente, abbiamo assaggiato un antipasto di hummus con verdure crude e pane carasau, per un mio gusto personale preferisco l’hummus più liscio ma era buono. Abbiamo proseguito il pranzo con due primi che abbiamo diviso, degli gnocchi di patate con pomodorini, ricotta autoprodotta e granella di pistacchio, piatto delicato e fresco, l’altro primo erano i maloreddus con sugo di salsiccia beyond e formaggio stagionato vegano, erano troooopppooo buoni. I due dolci anche non hanno deluso, la cashew cake con salsa di caramello paradisiaca e il brownies molto cioccolatoso.

I went to Cavo’ with a non-vegan friend 3 times in a week, and we both loved everything (food, drinks, staff’s kindness). I strongly recommend the place (even if it’s a bit pricer than other places), especially their gnocchi, cashew e pepe spaghetti, and their parmigiana -- all so mouthwatering ✨

The food here was incredible! Good amount of choice - 3 starters, around 10 mains (lots of traditional pasta dishes, but others too), 3 desserts. Mushroom nugget starter was lovely and the cheesecake was to die for!

The staff here were absolutely lovely and very attentive. They set us up straight away with olives bread and water and when we were looking at the menu they had photos of each dish and talked us through a little to help us make our choice.

It‘s been the fourth time I‘ve been to Cavo during the past years and I always enjoyed their food a lot. During summer time it‘s nice to sit outside and watch the hustle and bustle of the city but even if it‘s too chilly the interior and seating inside is cozy. The food is good and portion sizes are generous. For a bistro the quality is great but it’s also on the pricey side. We got the polenta sticks to share for starters (big portion!) and the burger and saffron pasta as main.
