Lots of vegan options - Edit
Lots of vegan treats! Almost the entire cold case was vegan (only two weren't, they had honey). The almond cookie was so fluffy. My favorite for sure. Also tried the pumpkin chocolate cheesecake and a pistachio treat, all delicious.

Good options - Edit
It’s rare to find a gluten free place that has good vegan options, but this place does. Serving are on the small side but still pretty filling. They have sandwiches that can be done on an oat role that are vegan as well as made in house vegan sweets. My favorites are their rotating soups (they’re not always vegan but when they are they’re hearty and filled with legumes) and their veggie sandwich on an oat role. I also enjoy they’re coffee and they have almond and oat milk as their on dairy options.

A gem 💎 - Edit
We stopped into the coffee shop while staying in Longmont, and we were so glad we did! I had a great americano and we also ordered Almond Butter smoothies with plant based protein powder, and the vegan Oat Roll with chia jam. Delicious light breakfast!
Read moreThe space itself is really nice too. Tons of seating options both inside and outside, and they have a lot of little snacks and things for sale.
Friendly accommodating staff! If you have time, i recommend taking a stroll through he neighborhood across the street. The homes are really cool and colorful, and just interesting to look at!
I’ll definitely come back if I’m ever in the area again.😄

Limited vegan options - Edit
The coffee is great and they offer nut and oat milk, but several of their “vegan” food options aren’t vegan... they contain honey (such as the granola). Additionally, you can’t order what’s normally a vegan staple, avocado toast, because their bread contains egg. These are very simple changes that could be made so more folks could enjoy their food, so I hope they are willing to consider making them😄

Hello MelodyLyman. We now offer a Vegan Oat Roll freshly baked from our local baker partner, Havenly Baked Goods in Boulder. They are wonderful!! Come give them a try. And all our cold case desserts are VEGAN except for two of them. And of course you could do our veggie sandwich on a vegan oat roll - all vegan also. Sub extra sweet potatoes in our Paleo Bowl. Lots of options!!!

Yum! - Edit
This place is great!!! Have had their iced green tea, a berry/banana smoothie, some of their vegan raw cheesecakes and vegan energy balls, and just tried their vegan nut bar which was great. Looking forward to trying their ceasar salad (they have vegan parm and vegan dressing!) and other menu items. All their desserts are made in house and fantastic. So glad to have found this place in an area with limited vegan options!!
