Tasty vegan options - Edit
Delicious vegan options, salads, pickled veggies/onions, falafel, humus, etc. most dishes are not vegan unless they are altered (remove the cheese or other non vegan options) which is easy to do, especially because everything is made to order. I would have liked if they had more vegan suggestions on the menu, so it could be a quick glance and decision when ordering, but that’s no big deal at all, just take an extra minute to look over the options and create a tasty vegan dish. Definitely recommend trying Cava, the food is so good.

Cava reminds me of a Mediterranean chipotle. I love the hummus, rice, and the pita bread. SO good together in a bowl.

Like Chipotle for Mediterranean Food! - Edit
Cava has tons of vegan options, the format is similar to Chipotle in how you pick what you want. I thought the prices, portions and food were really good! The paper menus they have available mark the vegan options with a v. The staff is knowledgeable about what options are vegan as well. Pretty much everything you would expect to be vegan is so there aren’t many surprises there!

It’s great when dining with non vegan/vegetarians. There are options for both so that everyone is happy. I wish they had at least one more dip option.
