It’s very easy to build a vegan bowl with options like lentils, greens, roasted vegetables and sweet potatoes. There are unlimited sauces and toppings.

I decided to give Cava a try this afternoon while out and about.
Read moreHaven’t been before so I didn’t have any expectations. I decided on their Crispy Falafel pita, which was a bit messy but really tasty! Get some extra napkins. Actually I’m not certain if the pita bread is actually vegan or not, which I didn’t think to ask in the moment. They are a build your own bowl or pita sandwich place, so not having a pita is an option.
I liked it enough to give it another try. 😋
Pros: Easy to get to from freeway , Non plastic utensils , Vegan options

It is a way better version of chipotle with much more flavor and options.
I love all the different flavors and everything is so delicious. The falafels are by far my favorite. You really cant go wrong with anything here.
Location is nice with lots of parking and right off the freeway. Located next to some other food options so if everyone cant agree on one thing you can get it as a takeaway and eat outside.
The seltzer water is okay I would get a fountain drink instead.
DO NOT MISS THIS PLACE!!!

I ate here for the first time over the weekend and was surprised at how many vegan (and gluten free) options there were! I ended up with a bountiful bowl of nutrient dense food, with lots of colorful veggies! It was very filling, fast and delicious! I’ve already been back again! This will be me go-to place when traveling.
