Cava Greens - Edit
I went to lunch with my mother at Cava Greens for the first time a few months ago. The salad I had was absolutely incredible! The owner is very personable and does much of the preparation himself. Different greens, veggies, meats, and soy products are offered. Very healthy, I wish I could go all of the time!!

Cons: odd location (underground food court), noisy, pricey!
