Serves meat, vegan options available. Fast-casual Mediterranean restaurant chain where the food is ready-cooked and displayed on the counter. Choose your base (all vegan), then add dips, protein, toppings (all vegan except crumbled feta cheese), and a dressing (all vegan except yogurt dill and sriracha greek yogurt) for your bowl or salad. this totally went past my expectations for a mediterranean counter service place. the food was all fresh and so good! definitely a lot of unique flavors and tons of vegan options. if i had one closer to me i’d go more often!

Lots of vegan, gluten free, and soy free items to choose from. Everything I got was very flavorful. Grateful for the online allergy menu to feel confident I wasn’t having any soy.
