Burger - Edit

We were very positively surprised. There were various vegan options (bowls, pizza, burgers, salad). We ordered the burgers and they were very good.

Error en pizza - Edit

Tienen la opción de una pizza vegana, pero también dice que se puede cambiar el queso por vegano en el menú, por lo que pedimos la De Champiñón cambiando el queso y nos trajeron otra, pudo haber sido solo un error, no hay problema, nos dimos cuenta porque tenía queso ricotta y parmesano, por lo que dijimos que no era la pizza, luego de traer tres veces la pizza llegó la jefa de local diciendo que lo sentía por el error, luego volvió diciendo que solo tenían una opción vegana, por lo que señalamos que en el menú indica que se puede cambiar el queso (adjunto foto) y nos dice si pero ese es el menú antiguo, de lo cual no teníamos información y al parecer el personal tampoco.

Not a welcoming experience - Edit

So we went there as we saw that they had vegan options and everything else was closed. Going in they have all the desserts on display by the entrance and being used to ordering by the front in cafés we did just that not realizing that we were supposed to sit down first before ordering if we wanted to have our food there.

When they gave us the cake and coffee to go we kindly told them it was a misunderstanding and that we wanted to have it there but they said we couldn't and ordered us to sit outside in the cold. We werent even asked if we wanted it to go.

It just felt very strange and unwelcoming even if we didn't understand the common rule. We've ordered by the front in South America before and they never just assumed that we wanted it to go. Is it just a Chilean thing or a thing for this place? Would give 1 star if it weren't for the one server out of five we interacted with who actually seemed to care and said sorry.

Chocolate cake was good though but just left a bad taste with the service.

Pros: Vegan chocolate cake was great
