Only thing I would say is be aware that you will pay $5 per head for the tea they offer you at the start. However it's unlimited refills. It just surprised me at the end with the bill

Great options to make dishes vegan - Edit
At first glance, the menu does not look very vegan friendly. However, the staff were very helpful and provided a list of things that were or could be made vegan (and it was a surprising amount). We had the spring rolls, pancake, tofu hot pot, fried rice, and pickles. All of the food was great - the fried rice was my favourite. They had a vegan dessert as well, which unfortunately we didn’t get to try. Was nice to find a place with a decent amount of vegan options.

Delicious authentic Vietnamese food - Edit
Had a great meal at Cash Only Diner. Managed to chat to the owner and they were very helpful in showing me which dishes were vegan and which could be adjusted to be made vegan.
