Big portions, delicious! - Edit
The vegan options at this place are plentiful. We got the TLTA with garlic fries, an impossible cheeseburger with a side salad, and the nachos. The portions were huge. The TLTA was delicious and the vegan garlic fries and garlic aioli were out of this world good. The burger was great and the "side" salad, which came with a balsamic vinaigrette, was fresh and huge. The nachos were just ok – we got take out and it seems the restaurant forgot to add the soyrizo crumbles. Based on everything else though, I'm sure they would've been great if the order was right. It happens!

Great Vegan Options - Edit
We’ve been in Spokane for the last week, eating out most nights, and this was our favorite meal by far. I really had a hard time deciding what to get (not used to having so many choices!) and ended up going with the TLTA sandwich (tofu, lettuce, tomato, and avocado). The aioli on the sandwich and garlic fries was fabulous. My husband got the mushroom impossible burger. All around great food. The group we were with were all raving about it. I already have my eye on the vegan nachos for next time.

So awesome! - Edit
I’m obsessed with the TLTA sandwich, but there are plenty of vegan options to choose from. One of my favorite places to eat in Spokane. Definitely recommend!

Best vegan place in Spokane - Edit
I’ve never been disappointed here, the food is always delicious, the staff is super friendly accommodating and the energy is always exciting. The menu is clearly marked for which items can be made vegan, I usually get the vegan crispy chicken sandwich and it’s so satisfying! The garlic aïoli fries are life changing, you MUST get them.

The best "pub" food - Edit
The menu is clearly marked and the staff is vegan savvy. We got their vegan nachos, pretzels with cashew queso dip, and bbq tofu sandwich, and all were great! The cashew queso is a little spicy (but that's normal), and pretzels were more like salty donuts-it was wild and delicious

Impossible Philly has me hooked - Edit
I’ve ordered from here to go a few times recently. Their Impossible philly is really satisfying if you’re craving good, greasy pub food. I’ve also had their BBQ tofu sandwich which was pretty good.

Best vegan food in Spokane! - Edit
Best vegan food in Spokane! My girlfriend and I go in often and there is always new and exciting vegan options on the menu. Some of the best service you will get in Spokane with a great drink selection and a wide variety of vegan food to choose from. I recommend getting the buffalo cauliflower flatbread for a starter and either the beyond burger or TLTA for the main course.

Great Vegan Options and wonderful staff! - Edit
I stopped in here when visiting family in Spokane and the vegan options on the menu all sounded so delicious I struggled to make a choice! I wound up going with the Vegan Margherita Flatbread and the Vegan Pan-Fried Brussels with Brussels Dip. Both were super tasty! I also got a wonderful vegan ice cream and donut dish that was fantastic! On top of the tasty vegan eats Cascadia Public House have a truly welcoming, kind, and helpful staff! I'm a little biased as he is an old friend but Robbie, in particular, is extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful! Especially if he's on shift you will be in excellent hands.

We rolled into Spokane late on a Wednesday night and were pleasantly surprised by the large vegan selection in this spot. We ordered a burger and buffalo cauliflower flatbread and they both arrived fast and were delicious.

Hands down amazing vegan food!!! - Edit
OK, so this place isn't vegan, and Spokane already has two excellent vegan eateries, but I have to say, the sandwich I had here was the best sandwich of my vegan life! (I had the vegan BLT.) Ingredients are house-made, for example, the BLT used a "bacon" made of super pressed tofu with special smokey and delicious sauce. This place had tons of vegan options, including loaded nachos with house-made vegan queso (I'll try that next time, if I don't get the amazing BLT again!). There were at least 3 sandwiches and a few vegan burgers, plus the nachos. Totally worth driving the 10 minutes north of down town to have lunch or dinner here! This place is an example of a non-vegan establishment going above and beyond to offer really incredible and innovative vegan options!

Great vegan option on North Side finally! - Edit
Visited Cascadia Public House last night, excellent food. Tried three different vegan options, vegan BBQ tofu, Vegan Ban Mi (on the fresh sheet), and Beet Bean Burger, all with vegan fries. All received stellar reviews around the table. The staff was knowledgeable and our waitress told us the head chef is vegan so he comes up with innovative things. Atmosphere is nice too, outdoor patio between buildings, garage doors that open (though they were closed because it was really hot out) and good service. Very happy to have this in Spokane! Menu is also well labelled on what can be made vegan.

Great vegan options! - Edit
I recently had a fantastic meal at Cascadia Public House! It is so nice that they have multiple appetizer and entree options for vegans. My husband and I shared the brussel sprout appetizer, bean and beet burger, and bbq tofu sandwich. All were really flavorful, filling, messy-in a good way, and the service was great! Totally fulfilled our pub food craving and as someone who doesn't often order french fries, I have to say the fries that came with would bring me back on their own! We also appreciate that this place prioritizes sourcing from local/sustainable vendors, has a fun atmosphere, and is open till 2am on weekends. A great option to please us and non-vegan friends/family alike. We will definitely be back!
