You can make it Vegan if you try and it's worth it. I order the veggie burrito and substitute Spanish rice for the egg and ask for no cheese. The house vegan sauce is delicious and I always ask for extra to dip my tots in.

Great little go to restaurant/ bar! - Edit
Been here at least 30 times. My girlfriend and I really enjoy the food. We always get the veggie burritos with other things added in. They have delicious vegan ranch and salsas. Also now they offer fries. They’re open pretty late too considering so it’s my go to when it’s getting late and I’m hungry!

There are a few vegan options at Casablanca, and they are all killer. My dad lives in Grants Pass and every time I visit, Casablanca is a must-visit!

There is a no meat option. Can be had in the form of a wrap, a bun, or a box. This is reasonably fresh tasting and service is quick. Food is salty so make sure you have water!

Love the food, need more vegan options - Edit
Love this place but they only have two very similar vegan dishes. They go out of their way to make a vegan sauce with veganaise, I wish they would make more vegan food. Awesome bento bowl though. Very friendly! The granitas are yummy, and they offer organic soy milk or rice milk. nice!
