Don’t eat here! - Edit
The waiter had no clue about vegan dishes or allergies (tried to explain that my kid is allergic to milk/dairy and he had no idea what that meant, and wasn’t willing to ask the kitchen staff). Everything has butter, including the rice and flour tortillas. I wouldn’t trust anything cooked here, overall it was a bizarre and disappointing experience.

Safe vegan option - Edit
While assured the night before on the phone that the refried beans, rice and flour tortillas were made without lard or other animal ingredients when I arrived I double checked and was confidently assured they were made without animals. I had the lunch Veggie Fajitas which while not on the menu were immediately offered when I asked about their availability as part of their lunch specials.

Most staff wore face covering and it was not crowded. Our family will be back.
Pros: Easy to veganize items, Staff and manager seem to know what a vegan is, Outdoor, covered seating
Cons: Service a bit slow for our group of 8, Waters and sodas not refilled without asking
