Lovely stay in the Basque mountains - Edit
We stayed 5 days at this lovely b&b where we were welcomed by a wonderful, relaxed host. Every day we enjoyed the excellent vegetarian breakfasts (local apple juice, local cheese, several jams, yummy omelette, homemade yoghurt etc. A vegan option is also possible).
Read moreAlso the vegan 3 course menu was a real treat. Everything is homemade with locally sourced and organic products.
Pizza with broccoli base, sautéed artichokes, vegan meatballs in a tomato sauce, baked seitan with ratatouille vegetables ... this is only a selection of possible choices on the menu. It was the best meal we had during our holidays 😊
