Most authentic horchata

We spotted this place specialising in horchata, bio and without sugar. Not all recipes are naturally vegan so it's important to ask how they make it. In this café, they make it with only 2 ingredients: "chufa" (tiger nuts from Valencia) and water. They don't even add sugar, unlike most places where you will find up to 4 spoons of sugar in your drink. Instead, they offer you the possibility to add sugar yourself if you wish to (it's healthier without of course, but sugar can help elevate the taste).

We went for a big pint each and we didn't need to add any sugar as the taste was very good in our opinion. Very refreshing too, quite nice for a break in the middle of the day. It was a bit expensive though, not the type of drink we would have every day: almost 10€ for 2 pints of horchata.

I don't know how their food is as we only went there for the horchata, so can't comment on that front.
