Very clued in staff on an island not focused yet to vegans

The ability to adapt, really great salad and home cut potato fries/chips. They had vegan written on the menu in the form of vegetarian that can become vegan through dialogue. For an island that is not actively thinking vegan and does not contain any chain restaurants this friendly venue gets my support. They also had gluten free (vegan suitable) bread and would likely offer more with forenotice.

Pros: Superb salad , Willingness to adapt, Home cut volcanic mineral grown potato for chips
