Love the rice! - Edit
I ordered 1) Vegan Horchata 2) Vegan Birria Flautas Special (part of Vegan Challenge) and 3) Chips and Guac. The 1st item is just so good and refreshing! Not too sweet. Not too much cinnamon/nutmeg. Just hits the spot. 2nd item was a surprise to me: it's crunchy Flautas and I dunk it in the Vegan Birria consumme. So good! I LOVE their green tomatilllo sauce for the flavor. I mix it with my homemade hot sauce from Pianta (thank you, Michelle!) for some kick 💪. The Vegan sour cream is nicely labeled too. It's not bad. The 3rd item is just great. Chips and guac. The chips are crisp, lightly oily and salt, but it literally came out of the fryer and it was good with the fresh guac. Overall, not bad for $35 ish and doordash delivery.

Best Vegan Mexican in Providence - Edit
I would give this place five stars if I could but happy cow won't let me give more than four because they are not fully vegetarian or vegan. This place has the best Mexican food in Providence and Rhode Island that I found. They have authentic mexican tacos, burritos, gorditas, nachos, plantains, beer and other fun drinks. The staff is extremely nice and speaks both English and Spanish fluently. They have a full vegan menu alongside the non vegan menu and are super knowledgeable about the vegan menu items. I went with my wife on a Saturday night and there was a short 10 minute wait for a table. This place is clearly very popular. It was worth the wait. I can't wait to go back!

I am extremely judgemental of mexican restaurants, cause I am so often left dissatisfied with food that lacks any flavor and portions which are sinoly excessive. I was please to find that my vegan quesadilla with vegan meat had plenty of flavor and the portions were reasonable. I ordered a side of rice, black beans, and guacamole which were all came together for a phenomenal meal. I appreciated that my to-go bag contained both green and red hot sauce without me having to ask for it.

Adorable and authentic taqueria! We had the providence vegan restaurant week 3 course special: taquitos Dorados filled with potato and vegan chorizo with a side of coconut cream and salsa, Mexican style poblano zucchini w/ pan seared tofu, vegan Mexican rice pudding, and a vegan horchata. We will definitely be back!
