Easy to work with

Although there wasn’t anything obvious on the menu, the staff, owner, and kitchen staff were all super helpful in providing a delicious and high end vegan option. They let me know they have a fryer that only has vegan items, and all staff seemed knowledgeable and understanding of vegan options available.
I was served a whole head of roasted cauliflower on a bed of a cord salad, with a champagne vinaigrette, sliced peppers, and micro greens. I was told it was all from a local farm.
(I was with a group of non-vegans, who chose the restaurant for dinner. Reservations highly recommended)

Pros: Easy to work with to create vegan meal, Large portion sizes , Delicious and perfectly cooked

Cons: Pricey, Nothing vegan on menu
